Shelf life: Aloe Vera juice will keep for 2 years unopened in a cool dark place. Once opened, use within 3 weeks and keep refrigerated.
Normal dosage: One to two tablespoons (25-50ml) taken pure or diluted in mineral water or juice. Best taken on an empty stomach in the morning. Repeat two or three times a day as required. Children should take a half measure.
