What is a Tester ? - Testers are produced for stores to sample the product for their customers.It is exactly the same Fragrance as they sell in store,but comes in a bottle marked as a 'Tester/Demonstrator',and may also state 'not for resale'.Testers are usually supplied in either plain/white boxes,and sometimes do not have a cap on the bottle (Please see picture above for what you will receive for this item).Testers are usually produced in the largest size available of the product,so you will enjoy the largest size of your favourite fragrance,but at a fraction of the normal retail price...A real bargain !

2/Returns Policy - All products we sell ,you can be assured are exactly as we have stated.We do not sell counterfeit,copies or seconds of any products so you can buy with confidence.If however,you are not satisfied with your purchase,we will accept returns provided the following criteria are met;

- You must notify us by e-mail before returning an item

- Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt

-The buyer will be responsible for the return of the product, and any costs incurred.

- The product must be in it's original packaging and be unused.If it is cellopahne sealed,then the cellophane seal must be intact.

- A full refund will be issued LESS the cost of Postage and Packaging upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

3/Post & Packaging Charges - Our charges are clearly stated and advertised for each product that we sell.It is not our aim to make a profit on P&P,but to cover the costs that are involved ie.Preparation,Processing,Packing and Postage.All these factors are taken into account when setting our charges. Our 'Buy It Now' price is fully inclusive of UK 1st Class Standard Delivery.

4/Dispatching of Goods - Once an item has been paid for,every single customer will receive a dispatch notification from us.This will advise the date of dispatch,and confirm the postage service which the buyer has selected.If the buyer has chosen a trackable method of postage, their 'Track and Trace' details will be included in their dispatch notification.You can then track the delivery of this item via the Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com).

5/Royal Mail Postal Options - The BUYER choses the delivery method.

- 1st Class Standard Postage. We obtain a proof of posting. There is no tracking of the delivery.Delivery times should be 2 - 3 working days,but is not guaranteed by Royal Mail. Maximum compensation cover is £39

- 1st Class Recorded Delivery. This will trace the 'Delivery' of your item only.Delivery times should be 2 - 3 working days,but is not guaranteed by Royal Mail. Maximum compensation cover is £39

- Special Delivery (Get It Fast). This is fully trackable.This offers guaranteed next working day delivery by 1.00pm.This offers insurance up to £500

6/Royal Mail Damage - All items that we dispatch are as stated in the description.We send our products in padded,'Mail Lite' envelopes to protect them.We cannot however, control what happens to the package once the Royal Mail take over.If your item arrives damaged,then we will make a claim on your behalf via the Royal Mail.Please contact us immediately and we will advise what steps need to be taken,but please ensure you keep all packaging etc.

7/Royal Mail Lost Items - We offer 3 Royal Mail options for the buyer; 1st Class Standard,1st Class Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery.Although they are getting better,sadly there are still occasions when items get lost by the Royal Mail.If this is the case,then we will claim up to £39 compensation on your behalf from the Royal Mail.Subject to your claim being approved by the Royal Mail,you will be entitled to a full refund LESS the price of the P&P.If you are purchasing an item/items which are worth more than £39,then we strongly suggest you use Special Delivery which offers insurance up to £500.

NB - Items are not classified as 'lost' by the Royal Mail until 15 working days from posting has elapsed for UK deliveries, and 20 working days for International Deliveries.If your item is lost or delayed,THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT THIS untill the above time frames have elapsed. After this period of time,we can then intervene to resolve.If you need your item for a specific date/time,then Special Delivery is the only Royal Mail option which guarantees a delivery time.

We do not accept any responsibility for delays/lost items by Royal Mail, but we do commit to ensure the matter is resolved for our customers...But as detailed above,we can do nothing until 15 working days from posting for UK deliveries,or 20 working days from posting for International Deliveries.

8/Non Paying Bidders - We are really sorry to have to introduce this rule,but it is becoming an increasing problem that we now must take action on.We will report all non paying bidders to E-Bay to ensure they receive a strike,and we will then leave negative feedback for the offender.It is a real shame,but they are only spoiling it for the genuine customers - None payers,you have been warned. (You will have 5 days maximum from your purchase before we initiate this process).

9/VAT - If you require a VAT number, our VAT number will be issued when our PayPal payment notification is issued to the winning bidder.
